How does the Founders price work?
The first 100 Founders TracePens are priced at $1,500. Shopify tracks the launch inventory automatically. After the Founders inventory reaches zero, this page switches to the standard $3,995 TracePen price.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The $1,500 price is assigned directly to the Founders launch variant and is added to the cart automatically while inventory remains.
What happens after the first 100 are sold?
The Founders launch variant becomes unavailable and the page automatically offers the Standard TracePen at $3,995.
Is TracePen software required?
A TracePen account is used for connected application features, project organization and digital-file workflows. Software-plan details are provided separately before activation.
Can I buy multiple Founders TracePens?
The Founders offer is intended for the first 100 individual buyers. The store should be configured for a maximum of one TracePen per cart during the launch.
When will my TracePen ship?
The current production and shipping estimate will be displayed during ordering and included with the order confirmation.
